I wouldn't have commented except for the fact that you wanted input
Ori advises against prepackaged fruit/veggie drinks. He says the enzymes that help your body digest and otherwise use the vitamins etc have been long dead. That said, I don't know how he reconciles "only eat fresh food" with selling protein bars. Only freshly juiced juice is recomended. I used to drink carrot juice w/ ginger all the time when I was looking for work. I just don't have the time anymore. If I woke up at 6 i might be able to pull it off. maybe i'll try that.
You're undereating, aside from the V8, looks good. A bit more spartan than I'm able to tolerate. I have a friend I gave my copy of WD to; he was 240 and dropped to 215ish in a little less than 3 months. So if you're looking to drop excess weight, the diet is good for that. I've actually gained 15 lbs since starting the diet, but whenever I workout mass oriented I don't WD. I would gain mass off the WD and maintain the weight with the WD. just my experience, and I've been eating like this for about 8 months.
Take my recomendations about V-8 with a grain of salt. Your WD has already started to work for you, so don't change what ain't broken. Just take my advice about juicing as food for thought, and if its convienient, give it a try.
