MessageI would guess that most people that eat grains will gain body fat quite quickly. I personally eat about 1 lb. of beef and 1 lb. of chicken and a dozen eggs a day with about 3lbs of veggies and I do not gain an ounce (bw of 125.)Check out Mercola.com. He gives good reasoning on the grain situation. Seems to work for me.
