MessageI am looking for a response from people who have used the Warrior Diet fairly long term...like at least a few months. My situation is that Over the last 18 months I lost a lot of weight. I am 6'4" and I went from 360lbs to 230lbs in 12 months. I used straight out calorie restriction (with calorie tracking) and exercise. I ran 5 miles a day (once I could), and I used weight training. I have recently discovered kettlebells and have been working with them for about 2 weeks as well. Over the last 6 months my weight has stuck at 230. I have gained some muscle mass, but my weight has been static, and my left over beer belly is still somewhat intact. It seems that my body has adjusted to the running, weights, and calorie restriction to the point of stasis. Is there any benefit for me to try (faithfully) the Warrior Diet?
