MessageI have been eating primarily vegetables and some fruit with a few lean meats. I stay away from sugar and have been relatively low fat and low sodium. I use whey protein to ensure that I get plenty of protein (160 plus grams a day sometimes up to 200). I have been eating 3 meals...breakfast, lunch, and supper with 3 whey protein or fruit snacks in between. My calories fall around 2300 a day. I burn about 600 to 800 calories a day in exercise. That is a solid rundown.
