MessageI've been following the WD for the last five years or so - great stuff, has worked wonders for me.

There is a link on my main page to the WD/AED web site, and there is a discussion forum on there - ask whatever questions you like. I seem to be a relatively loose follower of the plan in terms of how strictly I adhere to what the book says, but it works well for me.
Your bodyfat percentage would be a useful number - for many people, 6' 4" and 230 could be good. Your age would also be good to know.
