MessageI have been reading a lot of articles and a while ago I found one that said chocolate milk was one of the best post workout drinks out there, but i found no reference to it in the more recent post. Why is this? Is chocolate milk now perceived as bad for you? Is there new evidence for other drinks? Personal preference? Oh, and my goals lean towards wiry strength, not mass. Thanks in advance!
