If your looking to lose weight the first truth that everyone should be able to agree on is this:
* To lose weight we must use more energy than we consume (Calories are energy).
Now if you have restricted calories and lost weight (well don't on that by the way) after a while your body will stall, its a natural process that happens, any one who has had to work really hard at losing weight will tell you that this is irritating.
Now the warrior diet has worked for a lot of people, but as I have stated before.. its a shitty gimmicky diet, I mean reading the book he recommends that you use his supplements (just like the muscle rags that everyone pays out for the same reason).
So now that we have established that the warrior diet is shit (because it makes you weak), lets think abotu other things you can do to kick start your weight loss.
Firstly at your height, if your staying the same weight but gaining muscle I would say well done. anyway there are people who say that the WD and intermittent Fasting is well documented and just a simple google search will provide a lot of information.. BUT
The information doesn't support it from a scientific and factual perspective.
The WD is a waste of time, is horrible and teaches shitty eating habits/patterns. Use the following link to find diet information that is sound, based on research and not pseudo facts.
Also it should be noted that by going from the calorie restricted diet to the warrior diet you would be swapping restricted calorie for restricted calories, I mean if we follow the simple formula I gave above you will see that even weight watchers has it right.
I think for you to really make more progress you shoudl look at increasing you G-Flux, create a hyper metabolism and focus not only on what your eating but when your eating it as well.
FORGET THE WARRIOR DIET, Its the most counter productive gimmicky diet.. Remember Ori was really pushing his supplements in the book. He gave limited facts about actual progress made by real people.
Even Steve (who says he follows the diet) says he doesn't follow it 100%.
