I comfortably follow the warrior diet without using any of Ori's supplements.
I feel from a personal perspective that the undereating stage makes sense if you stick to veggies, fruits and lots of water. It allows a daily detox which can't be a bad thing.
If you adhere to the plan by undereating not starving yourself during the day and then have an overeating phase in the evening i can't see why it is a gimmicky diet?
Undereating not starving during the day is where a lot of people go wrong and if you follow it intellegently you should not feel week or necessarily make bad food choices.
That being said it has given me one luxury that other diets didn't seem to which is when i occassionally go seriously off the rails my body now takes it on the chin and my weight doesn't go up.
It really works for some despite being counterintuitive.
