By far the best would be biotest surge recovery. Also if your felling down (lack of energy) a serving of Biotest power drive will pick you up just nicely.

Besides surge just a low carb or whey protein powder with some added BCAA's and a tablespoon of glycerine will boost your recovery like you wouldn't believe.

See there aren't really that many drinks I would recommend because I have mentioned that surge is awesome and I told you how to make your own if your on a budget (which some of my clients are). also If you just use whey and add the BCAA (tablets or powder) and glycerine and want to flavour it use a few teaspoons of milk shake syrup or instant pudding mix, this is because after your workouts you can ingest a lot of sugar type carbs.

Also if your workout is really intense for an hour afterwards you can eat whatever you want because your body allows you so feel free to down a cheeseburger, or buffalo wing or anything really but you only have an hour, maybe I will talk about this later on if people want me to.
