MessageI thought this was an interesting study on intermittent fasting. Pretty good results with respect to insulin sensitivity and retained muscle glycogen stores, combined with increased adiponectin levels (a fat loss indicator). The subjects didn't lose any weight or BF, but that's not terribly surprising since it was only a 15-day study and all of the participants were healthy men w/ not much weight to lose.

I'm currently following the WD, but am planning to start incorporating more full-day fasts, followed by full-day refeeds, just to try to mix things up. The science is quite compelling.
