MessageIn my house they don't last long at all; we eat them too fast!! I buy them in bulk from the natural food market. They look a lot like the raw ones, only more plump. When you taste them, wow! They pop because they have an air pocket in them. Plus they are a little sweeter than raw almonds.
I was wondering if the sprouted ones are younger and therefore contain less protein. I am a professor of English, not nutrition, so I'm not in the know. ;-) Branching Out
