MessageI sometimes get giant hunger at night time after I train. Some nights a protein shake holds me over. Other nights, a big bowl of spaghetti followed by a pint of ice cream is what I am feeling.
I'm looking for ideas about what I can have after I train, that will give me a full sustained feeling. I usually get back home around 9:30pm, and go to sleep around 11pm or so.
