MessageIn Precision Nutrition John Berardi said that he is a believer in using green powders to get antioxidants when you can't get vegetables proper...like in a shake for a snack meal. Are they really worth anything. I bought this green fruit, berry, wheat grass, oat grass, spirulina powder to use in this way, but does it really contain the antioxidants of a serving of fruit and vegetables. Does anyone know if this is worth doing when I am tight for time to prepare a vegetable proper maybe once or twice a day out of 6 meals. (Note: I always give real vegetables priority in my diet)
