Do a modified. Eat only 1 solid meal, rest being shakes...
Easier and works as well. The use of shakes as a meal is because the nutrient content of what u eat is better controlled. You know almost 100% the calorie and protein content. If you are eating "food" food, you are guessing most of the time and sometimes, you are way off.
1 solid meal means your calorie estimation is an estimate only for that meal.
