MessageYou have to calculate your caloric requirements and adjust your diet in order to create deficit. You will be surprised to discover that you probably overeat. Clean or not, if there is no deficit you will not lose weight.
Regarding workouts, it is better to have very intensive short ones for weight loss. Tabata is one of examples.
