I'm curious to see what others are doing, including brands, timing, etc. FYI I'm eating Warrior-style, only small amounts of fruit/veggies during the day, post-workout meal, and usually a large high fat/protein dinner at night.
Me:
- Multivitamin (2 tbsp Peter Gillham's liquid Natural Vitality, with dinner)
- Amla C (1 500mg cap in morning, 1 500mg cap w/ dinner - Himalaya Pure Herbs brand)
- Probiotics (1 cap in morning, 1 w/ dinner - NSI Probiotic 15 Strains brand)
- Digestive Enzyme blend (1 cap w/ dinner - Udo's Choice brand)
- ZMA (will be starting soon, 3 caps before bed - NSI ZMA Ultra brand)
- Carlson's cod liver oil (every day in salad dressing)
- Barlean's flax oil (every day in salad dressing)
- Protein powder (1 scoop post-workout, 1 scoop before bed - Muscle Milk Natural Chocolate)
