Messagethe diet is great. IMO this diet can lend itself to muscle mass if you train right, but it doesn't have to. i didn't gain much size on it but i wasnt lifting heavy.
great diet to be on, the only problem i had with it was the lack of fruit & veggies - really craved them after abotu 2 months. i eat similar to the diet now, but with fruit and veggies added in, and leaner meat. a lot easier to be on for me
much better than the warrior diet IMO
