Hello,
I've been on WD for 6 months already and it's been working great for me.. until now, kinda.
Talking about undereating phase..
Usually I have 2 kinds of days, where I eat something while I"m not at home (usually some kind of soup or salad). And days when I eat "something" at home, usually that's a small bite of cheese, maybe some veggie (like a carrot) and usually an apple late in the day.
What I've been noticing is that during the days where I don't get a small bowl of soup, I start thinking about food (weird and uncommon for me) at around 6PM. My usual overeating phase starts at 8PM.
My question is,
1. Could that mean, that I don't eat enough during the undereating phase?
2. Or could it mean that I am not eating enough high quality food during the overeating phase? Lately I've been having quite a bit of pastries to start and end off the overeating phase.
3. My overeating starts at 8PM. I have one big meal and then grab maybe this and that afterwards. Maybe my starting of overeating is off? Maybe it should be like 6.3 or 7?
Thanks a bunch cause I'm pretty hungry writing this, lol.
