MessageBeing in college I really depend on protien bars as a food source, but yesterday I read that the bars I got at Sam's Club use soy protein (in addition to whey). I've got a bad impression of soy, and would like to avoid it when possible. Does anyone know of a protein bar that doesn't have soy in it?
