Messageori says he gained 12 lbs in a year on the WD. that is not going to cut it for rugby.
either gain weight, then go on the WD, or just throw it out all together. no high level players will ever be on the WD.
mahler likes the WD but even says it is not the right diet to gain weight on. you'll probably just get fat by trying to get enough calories in to sustain good weight gain.
