MessageI think gaining 12 pounds in a year is pretty good. But WD isn't the best for gaining weight. I find it pretty awesome for competition though. however, weight isn't everything in sport, depends on your position.
Eat some nuts or high calorie protien during the day and eat your huge meal (hihg carbs+protien) after training. if you like to eat then you won't lose weight and you may even gain weight if your so inclined. I never lost weight on WD, I aimed to keep my weight the same.
