MessageJust finished reading this book, very interesting!
I do not like her writing style however and she seems very speculative and fanciful at times, but I would generally agree on the importance of sleep and artificial light.
What do people here think about the basic principal that artificial light tricks the body into thinking its summer, which makes us crave carbs so that we can store fat for the coming winter?
Anthropologically sound or pseudoscentific mumbo jumbo?
