MessageNo. I cant produce a bulge, and I kinda wish that I could- that way the docs would know what to do about it. LIGHT running, and situps can be done without pain. What it is that makes this tough is that I cant always predict what is going to make it flair up. Thanks for the tips. Will make sure to stretch, and avoid explosive/quick movements until it feels recovered.
