I do not think I am getting enough calories. I am not trying to build muscle currently, just train my nervous system and get stronger. I eat breakfast daily, but depending on how much time in the mornings and whether its a Tuesday or Thursday, or a MWF, it will either be a bowl of cereal or something else.

I do not have class Tuesday or Thursday, so breakfast will usually consist of 1 cup oats boiled in 1 3/4 cup of skim milk, with a chopped up banana added in. I may also cook 4-6 egg whites with cheese and eat those too. My problem is on the days I have school seeing as I do not have as much time to eat in the morning, and basically have class from 10-3:15 straight.

I usually do my lifting once I get home, fortunately I am not working right now otherwise I dont know where I would get any food. Should I start packing lunch foods to bring along or would my schedule be better for the Warrior Diet. My only problem is the complexity of the Warrior Diet and my parents dont really buy very good foods for the diet. Maybe I should just eat anything and everything in sight and not worry about my diet, cause I honestly cannot stand nutrition and sometimes could give a shit less about how much fat or protein I am getting.

I do not play a sport right now so I am wondering if I need many calories. Will my body start to eat my muscle if I do not eat all day because I dont have time? As you can see I get pretty frustrated with diet cause honestly it perplexes me. I'm done.
