MessageDrink whole milk. Stay away from the grains, maybe post workout. Eat ALL of the egg. Eat meat, fruit and vegggies. If you want to eat often and a lot get Precision Nutrition. If you want snacking and one big meal get the Warriod Diet. Resent research has shown that excess insulin in the system may promote negative gene expression. So my number one rec is the Warrior Diet from now on....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
