MessageI take ZMA but it doesn't help me fall asleep any faster - although it does make me sleep more soundly. Getting up earlier would mean less sleep and what I need is more, to recover from lifting and BJJ. I could always eat some carbs an hour before I crash but that would defeat the purpose.
