I was naively unaware of the fact that people now factory farm bison. Now I will have to stick to omelletes when I eat at crappy diners with my friends. I thought all bison (and buffalo... is there a difference between the two?) was grassfed. Goes to show you shouldn't assume facts not in evidence. And what is finished bison?

Thanks for making me aware, and giving me options to get some of what I thought I was getting all along.
