No idea about how to get visible abs- but if you are eating all day and consumed under 2000 calories, you foods are not calorically dense enough.
Milk is your friend. Eggs (think 6 a day), are your friend. Coconut milk has a ridiculous amount of both calories and good fat, use it in your smoothies. Find natural foods that give you alot of calories.
Good smoothie recipie:
Ice cubes (7 seems to be a good number)
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 or 2 bananas
2 heaping tblsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup of coconut milk
if you want, cinamon and coffee can be added for flavor
drink that with a meal for an insane amount of calories in one meal
