MessageThis research is definitely the truth. If you look at Eskimo diets which contain tons of cold water fish, they are some of the heart-healthiest people around. Omega-3 oils are found in fish like salmon, tuna, etc, and they're great for you. But no need to supplement them from a bottle - buy some canned tuna or salmon and you'll also get clean protein at low calories along with it. Tuna is one of my favorite foods and I rejoiced the day I found out it's good for the heart!
