MessageTry putting flax meal in an omelet...spinach is another good ingredient. Flax is really good because it is high in omega 3 fats and is calorie dense if you need that. It also has no real flavor to add, but it adds omega 3s. As far as making an omelet....put the eggs into a microwaveable dish with the ingredients and nuke it...no flipping required. Makes a perfect omelet!
