MessageHere's my easy way to cook awesome eggs:
Saute whatever meats and veggies you want in a nonstick skillet with butter or olive oil. Crack as many eggs over the top as you want, pour about two tablespoons of water around the edge and cover to steam the eggs until they're done the way you want them. You can just shake the skillet to see how far the yolks have cooked. Slide em onto your plate and enjoy.
