MessageWOW. I apologize I logged on and got fowarded to the Nutrition forum, I deeply apologize for this nonsense. If this can't be moved simply delete or ignore it. I understand the tendons in the hands are very prone to injury in grip training but is it possible to GtG with various grip drills? I currently am quite pathetic when it comes to pinch training, would it be feasible to do a grip (all around) workout a set at a time throughout the day with results or am I asking for injury? The workout in mind would involve levering, Dennis Roger wrist curls, and pinch statics (or would it be wiser to stick to a particular drill for this setup?).
