MessageHi there, I'm 17 and have been playing with Kbells for about a year now... A couple months ago I started the RKC rite of passage program, and now I'm using kbells exclusively as my sole strength-training tool now (amazing results compared to the rest of the nonsense I was doing). Anyways, though I'm fit I'd like to gain a good bit of mass and help myself grow (I'm only 5'8, 145lbs and all the men in my family are 6'2, 200lbs+ or above)... I eat as much as I'm hungry for at meals, should I be eating more? My daily calorie intake comes out to 1900-2300 a day (Recommended is ~3000 for my age) due to the large amount of fruits and veggies I eat. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time!
