MessageTo gain mass - there is only one answer and that is to eat more. It sounds like you eat clean which is good. I would probably stick with adding a few more meals/snacks during the day veggies/fruits/nuts/steak/whole eggs/poultry all good additions. Slowly add more food to your diet so that you gain in muscle and not fat. I would start with at 250-500 calorie increase per day and see how that works depending on how fast you want to grow. Monitor how you feel, look, and weigh over a 30 day period and adjust the calories up or down from there. JMO.
