I use Biotest. 5x a day loading 2x a day maintainance. Every 2-3 months i'll take a couple a weeks off. 3grms a day is fine for average person use-if you are trying to maintain or gain muscle 3-5x a day loading phase 1-2x a day after that.
Diet: either IF style all of you days calories in a 4 hour window or WD style of undereating and overeating sometimes quality food sometimes crap. When undereating very clean: 3-4 snacks before big meal typically a serving of raw almonds, a stick of string cheese,1-2 oz of meat, 1 hard boiled egg , 1 apple etc. Then big meal for remainder of calories:
Sometimes lean animal like 1 lbs of shrimp or steak + fruit and maybe a grain like a roll (I never recommend grains to anyone unless they already know grains woork for them then only after training and only once a day-minimize insulin throughout the day :)
Sometimes its like last night: After the days ETK training and yard work I ate a double jalapeno cheese burger with fries and a double chocolate shake (previously the entire day all I had eaten was coffee and 1 egg. Hope that helps! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
