Creatine Dissolving?

I can't get my creatine to dissolve in juice or water. I can only get it to dissolve if I put it in a water bottle that is at room temperature and shake it. In the past I just sipped it through a straw at the bottom of a glass when it wouldn't dissolve.

Does it have to be dissolved?
Does the water/juice have to be cold?
- Right now I am using Biotest's Micronized Creatine.
