there is a glass bottle wholesaler in brooklyn just over the williamsburg bridge that will sell you a case or two of glass bottles, however many you want (and the caps are free).

I bought a case of 24 oz, and gave away coquito (Puerto Rican egg nog, except its made w/ coconut milk and tastes good), and gave those away to coworkers as Christmas gifts. I also bought some 12.5 oz bottles and now get water out of the water cooler at work and put it in the glass bottles... no more poland springs for me

if you don't live near NYC, google bottle wholesalers near your location and see if they are willing to part with a case or two if you go pick them up
