MessageI'm curious to know what the guidelines are for changing the metabolism toward using fat for fuel. I have also read that this is actually the preferable source of energy for the body as long as carbs are kept to a minimum - and, that it is the excess carbs themselves that cause fat to be deposited in the artries, not the fat (cholesterol) itself that is bad.
Can anyone point me in a good dirrection for reading on this subject? Internet articles or books/authors would be great.
Thanks
