MessageI am not familiar with the diet but I can share what has worked for me. Wave the caloric load of your diet just as you do the volume load of presses when doing ROP. Cycle overeating for a few days and undereating for a few days without changing the kinds of foods that you consume. The body is always trying to reach stasis and this method keeps it from doing so.
Another observation regarding eating and PTTP deadlifts - as I get closer to my 5 rep max my appetite and need for rest increase dramatically. I would be interested to learn if you, or others, experience the same.
