I have taken 10 days off work to prepre fully for a physical agility test in 3 weeks...
I am on the warrior diet now, I like it and hunger is no issue..
I am going to have to kick up my training into overdrive to make this, almost overtrain.
How should I tweak this diet so that my reovery keeps up with the PT?
Add protein durring the day?
I am not overly concerned about loosing weight as I know for what I am about to do IT WILL HAPPEN lol, but more that I do not loose ground physically...
