Your posts have been spot on recently, i believe, especially about the key being calorie restriction and ideal to eat healthier foods as you can eat more.
I am training for an Ultra Marathon and you mention about the pasta thing that it can be fine for endurance athletes. I am starting to experiment with this. My training is a mixture of AM KB circuits for max 30 minutes and PM 2-3 hour runs with a big run on the weekend.
How would you tweak the calorie restriction IF / WD approach to this kind of athletic goal? Or are they not compatable?
