Richard the principles of the Warrior Diet are simple enough - undereat most of the day, overeat once a day in the evenings. The WD also suggests refueling, at a rate of about 200-250 calories every hour or two as needed after a workout.

By applying these principles, you can try to adapt the WD to your current athletic endeavors.

You can also consider altering the timing to meet your caloric need, e.g., I have, at times in my life, managed with a big breakfast, almost nothing during the day, and a big dinner, effectively a WD but twice a day instead of once. I have to be very busy to support this and I haven't done it for more than a week or two at a time but it seems to me possible. Given that you are running PM, you might try something like early AM weights followed by a refeed or two, several hours of undereating, then your run, then eating every hour or two throughout the evening to refuel.
