MessageI loaned him one of my adjustable Ironmind KB handles. Do you think it would be ok for him to do KB's more than 3 times per week in the beginning? I've heard people say they do them 5-6 times a week but don't you need a day in between for recovery? And what about pushups? Is it ok to do them everyday or should they be done every other day? Thanks!
