MessageI've been reading a lot on the web about the Anabolic Diet (DiPasquale) and I think it might work well for me. I've been following the Warrior/Anti-Estrogenic diet for the past few months, but lately have been frustrated by my lack of strength gains and a slowdown in body fat loss. Also I've found I generally feel a lot better after the "high fat" main meals, and less so after the detox/high-carb main meals that Ori advocates cycling. Plus I don't like the food coma that a giant evening meal puts me in...I don't even have energy to play w/ my kids after dinner.
My stats are 6'1", 215 lbs, probably 17-20% bodyfat (never been tested though), and I'm looking to gain strength and lose fat. I'm doing 2 full-body heavy-lifting workouts and 2 kettlebell/HIIT workouts per week.
Has anybody else made the switch from the WD to the AD and been happy w/ it? What kind of training are you doing on it?
