Messagedig a recipe for rejuvelac, sprout some grains (in a jar soak over night the grains you want to sprout, I like wheat berries, but rye, whatever, any way, you soak em for 24 hours, drain em and then 2-3 times a day re-submerge the grains and drain them until they sprout little tails) after 2 days or so they grains should have sprouted, rinse them once more and fill your jar with water, cover the jar with cheese cloth and let it hang out on your kitchen counter for a couple days, after 2 days, it should be ready, pour the liquid off of the grains into a clean jar and store it in the fridge, you can make 2 batches, but the 2nd is funky, so.... relatively cheap pro biotic 1/4 cup wheat berries to a quart mason jar (you can screw the ring over the cheese cloth) my recipe came from a book called wild fermentation by Sandor Ellix Katz its not for every one, but its not bad, you can make bread from the grain if you dry it and mill it a little its really quite easy and good enjoy any one else here ferment?
