A previous post about cholesterol linked to a youtube video where a guy is debunking the "myth" of high cholesterol. At one point he says cholesterol turns into testosterone with the help of vitamin A. Can anyone verify this? Are the other claims he makes reasonable or does he sound crazy? Does it follow that super supplementation of vitamin A can increase testosterone levels?
