MessageThe idea of smoking in cycles is proposterous to me and is just plain wrong to be citing to someone who is fighting an addiction.
This is a forum that sites scientific studies but i don't think the Bulgarian weight lifting team has any relevance to Dave asking the question of how to stop smoking. Smoking can be a very very hard addiction to break free from. It is one you only fully appreciate if you have been addicted yourself and had to go through the torment to break free.
It's like a non smoker saying "well just quit, it can't be that difficult". Boy did i hate it when people didn't take my addiction seriously.
Hardest thing i have ever done but so worth it. Good luck to anyone trying to stop.
