MessageIt is lowish-carb but not low-carb. AD, if my memory is correct, stipulates no more than 30 grams per diem. Precision advocates eating six times a day and at every feeding eating around 50 grams of protein and 2 servings of fruits or vegetables. Therefore I would assume that on Precision, you would eat about 60 or 70 grams of carbs per day. I don't know if that's low enough to induce ketosis.
