MessageI want to thank you all, very helpful and makes me think about it in a number of different new lights. I don't believe at all that any form of smoking or chew/snuff etc can be beneficial, it has plagued me for the last 8 years. I normally have an iron will and the determination of a self proclaimed god, and it embarrass' me to say that this is the only thing I haven't been able to just stand up and whip with fair ease.
I never thought that something so small can be such a hard target to take out, I believe some help is in order perhaps. I will try again with the cold turkey and beat it out, IF THAT doesn't work then I have a serious enough problem to go and get help from my family doctor. I decided to make a huge change in my life a year ago, I invested in a set of three KB's and will soon get the abpavelizer to go with them. I'm not that physically bad off. 6ft 225 pounds, I hate the beer gut that I have and most of all the short windedness that I've developed with smoking. Not that bad off, but I want to lean and mean it all out and iron it all into steel and be able to run again like when I was a kid. Even still smoking I can outrun my terrier for 20 yards since starting with KB's, and I am starting to get back definition in my shoulders and arms as well and that is uplifting and I want to up the ante and go for my goal.
I thank you all comrades, and if there is any more helpful info on this from anyone else please feel free to post it!
Power to you!!
