No Excuses - time to get ripped and shed my disease

My belief: The human body wants to be healthy, happy and free. When given the correct raw materials, the body will achieve this and more. I know it's time for me to live up to my beliefs without anything holding me back.

Here's what I want to do: lose 25-30 pounds of fat, keep my muscle, get rid of my Lyme disease (and everything else my body hasn't fought off) which has plagued me for 15-20 years (I'm 35) and become the healthy, happy, beautiful and sexy, hot mama (of two boys) that I deserve to be!

Here's how I'll do it:
DIET: I have had great success in reducing my Lyme by eating only raw grass fed beef or bison and plenty of its grease (usually in the form of pemmican). The anti-bacterial properties of this fat are better than any drug ever created to remove any sort of pathogens from the body. It takes a real warrior to eat this and nothing but it (unless I want to feed my illness) and go through the "healing crisis". It lays me flat on my back, throwing up and with debilitating fatigue. But I intend to fight this to the end, with no letting up, until I WIN!!!

EXERCISE: I will perform some sort of HIT most mornings. This helps me move toxins out. I will also do various kettlebell routines 2-3 times a week, always mixing it up. Granted, by day 2 I won't FEEL like I can do it, but I will nevertheless.

Closing thought: I have to remember that "pain is weakness leaving the body!" I am a WARRIOR!!
